The collections care team have now begun the process of moving the Springfield Brewery War Memorial, in order to continue with conservation work in preparation for its relocation.
The current plan is for the memorial to be relocated to the top of the steps on 1930s street. The team intend for the memorial to be back up in time for the memorial service this year.
