Safe Together at BCLM: Incident Reporting

For this month’s safety notice, we are focusing on Incident Reporting and what to do in the case of an emergency.

If any incident occurs on site, please follow these steps:

• Phone the Duty Manager immediately: 07788 666161
• Make the scene safe
• Call for first aid assistance (if needed): 07788 888986
• Collect information
• Complete either a BCLM accident form OR a BCLM Incident and Third Party Harassment form immediately after the incident
• Submit the form to the Duty Manager
