From next week we will be joined by Helen Astill to further strengthen HR, to support and line-manage Michaela, and to lead on certain projects, including consultations with colleagues on proposals to restructure how we operate. Helen is a highly experienced HR professional and will be on-site for a few days a week. Helen will report to me.
