Internal tickets and voucher request process

Please use this form for all food & beverage complimentary vouchers and any general admission complimentary ticket requests including events. (Not for corporate hire/business partners/event wristbands).

Eligible requests include:

• Visitor experience recovery (complimentary entrance or F&B).
• Guests and departmental needs (e.g. community engagement, contractors).
• New starter inductions.
• Audience and comms engagement (press, marketing).
• Competition prizes and fundraising.

Staff and volunteer complimentary tickets are not included in this list. If you wish to receive these, they should still be requested in the usual way via [email protected].

Request process:

1. Complete the Internal Voucher Request Form. Must be completed in full.
2. Submit the form at least 3 working days in advance to the Ticketing team.
3. Await confirmation – All requests are provisional until confirmed by the Ticketing. Additional information may be requested.
