What we did well:

In general, visitors commented on the attention to detail, the magic of the experience and how excellent the staff were – especially Santa himself!
- 80% Excellent, 16% Good = 96% Overall Satisfaction Rating
- 86% Strongly Agree, 9% Agree = 95% Immersive Rating
- 77% & Strongly Agree, 17% Agree = 94% agreed that BCLM felt festive
“The whole experience was just amazing, Santa was exceptional so believable. Our guide was fantastic, funny and really engaging with all. Charming characters along the way”
What can we learn?
In general, visitors commented on the number of adults per group, some issues around the quality of the gifts and others commented on the queue for food outlets (albeit, this isn’t a part of Santa Hunts as it is for other programmes).
