“Seeing shops, public houses and homes the way they used to look in the 40’s and 50’s. The staff and there black country accent and friendliness towards visitors and knowledge learnt from them all.”

“We love it. The staff are all very friendly. … stood in the queue to purchase tickets. That queue was much larger than the prepaid queue. When the queue for prepaid was empty, the staff member came over to us and asked us to move over to her till, so she could serve us and to not wait longer. Very efficient. Some people may think brilliant, my customers are all served, I will do xyz now or have a natter, but this lady didn’t, she was very helpful”
