Thank you to everyone who participated in our Summer Programme over the holidays. From our visitor survey, we know that we haven’t only met our targets but surpassed ALL of them! For the 6 weeks, we showed off the very best of what the Museum has to offer and now. Please take a few minutes to fill in our colleague survey to tell us what you think!

- 94% of visitors rated their overall experience of the programme as “good” or “excellent”
- General comments showed that visitors were particularly glad to have seen additional demonstrations, met friendly and knowledgeable staff, experienced the new buildings and characters, and reminisced
- 91% learnt something new about Black Country heritage
- 82% felt the Museum represented their heritage
- 69% have a greater understanding of migration into the Black Country
- 85% learnt something new about the 1950s & 1960s in the Black Country
- 84% felt that they had the opportunity to participate – this is up 9% on 2023!!

We also can report that 90% of visitors purchased food and drink with an overall satisfaction rating of 86%!
