Purpose:            

To provide an annual opportunity for the Board to set out, directly to staff, their most important                                      strategic issues, and for staff to be able to ask questions about them.

To provide an opportunity for staff to meet Trustees, especially new members of the                                                            Board, and vice-versa.

Format:             

10 minute illustrated presentation by Lowell Williams about the role the Museum                                                                is playing in the regeneration of Dudley and the West Midlands, and Q&A about this                                                            topic.

Round-table groups, each chaired by a Trustee, to discuss and answer questions                                                                     about strategic issues facing the Museum.

Timings:            5:30pm – 6:30pm
