This is your opportunity to share your views and help shape the future of the Museum. Your feedback will provide valuable insights to help inform future decisions, celebrate what’s working well, and identify where we can improve.
The survey includes questions on topics such as:
- How you travel to and from work.
- How you feel about working at the Museum.
- Your experience of training and development.
- Communication, wellbeing, and your overall colleague experience.
The survey is anonymous, so we encourage you to be open and honest in your responses.

Once the survey has closed, we’ll review the responses and share the key themes and what we’ve learned with everyone by 7 August 2026. We’ll also outline how your feedback will help shape future decisions and improvements.
